1. If Visa request will be rejected in initial phase, then full refund will be provided.
2. If request will be rejected after issuance of MOFA the there will be no refund.
3. If the applicant is applying for package through Umrahmall then they have to follow Components of Guarantee, Terms & Conditions, fulfill the Payment and upload the required documents.
4. If applicant is applying from different country of residence, then He/She has to provide resident permit.
5. The Mutamir or Applicant, if will be summoned to Saudi Consulate for further validation in order to issue Visa, then they have to appear in consulate with required documents and UmrahMall, Umrah Visa Provider are not responsible for it.
6. The fine of overstay as per Ministry of Hajj & Umrah and Ministry of Interior will be SAR 25,000 and Applicant or Mutamir will bear this fine or will face detention in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
